- $160/hr + HST for access to the entire facility
- $60/hr + HST to add a Birthday Coordinator (optional)

Full Gym Access
- Enjoy private access to our full gym space
- Use your time however you like, play first or celebrate first, it’s completely up to you
Tables & Seating
- 1 large table, 1 small table, and 2 benches provided
- Expecting a big crowd? Feel free to bring additional chairs and tables
Decorations & Setup
- Decorate the space with your own balloons, banners, and other ornaments
- Side areas are available to serve food, drinks, and cake
Music & Wi-Fi
- Connect to our Bluetooth speakers and play your own party playlist
- Free Wi-Fi available for all guests
Equipment & Activities
- Our facility has basketball and volleyball nets installed and ready
- Basketball and volleyballs are available with a coordinator add-on
- You're welcome to bring indoor-friendly equipment (e.g. soft balls, games)
Please note: Soccer, floor hockey, and any sports that damage the flooring are not permitted

- The seating area is located to the right of the gym for guests to relax
Party Coordinator (Optional Add-On)
- Want to boost the fun and keep things organized?
- Add a Birthday Coordinator to help run games, guide activities, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
- Once added, the coordinator will contact you a few days before your event to align on goals, activities, and expectations for the day.

The RunRec is open 24/7. You can book a court any day and any time.
There are no refunds, no re-bookings, and no cancellation for any bookings that are purchased. If you have additional questions about booking a slot feel free to contact us here.
Absolutely! - We welcome all custom leagues to be housed within our facility. Please fill out this form and we will get you setup as soon as possible.
Any free-weights, included weighted equipment &/or basketballs are not permitted on the court
Indoor shoes are only permitted on the court during play. When you enter into the facility make sure to change into the appropriate footwear before stepping on the court.
Yes - All food & drinks is permitted on the bleacher area (off the hardwood court).
Absolutely! - Please fill out this form with all your needs and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
We believe photography is a great way to capture memories and special moments. However, it’s important to be respectful of other people when taking pictures.
If you’re going to be taking pictures of people, make sure to get their permission first. Nobody wants to have their picture taken without their consent.
That being said, feel free to take pictures inside the facility. Just be sure to respect other people’s privacy and space.
We reserve the right to remove any guests who behave inappropriately from the premises. This includes but is not limited to: trespassing, vandalism, theft, and harassment.
We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable on our property, and we will not tolerate anything less. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Yes you can absolutely use our facility to teach other activities! We have a full court as well as two training courts that are multi-purpose and have the space you need to accommodate your class.
So whether you are an experienced instructor or are just considering teaching classes for the first time, we welcome you to use our facility to help your students reach their full potential.

We believe your safety is always our top priority. However, we are not responsible for any injuries that may occur while playing in our facility.
We recommend that all participants rely on their own insurance coverage to protect themselves in case of an accident. While our courts are well-maintained and our staff is highly trained, accidents can still happen.
With insurance, you can rest assured knowing you will be covered in an emergency. We appreciate your understanding.
